These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lowsadventures2.com (the "Site"), operated by the Low's Adventure 2 team ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or playing games on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who May Use the Site
The Site is free and open to everyone. No account or registration is required. Many of the games featured here — including the Low's Adventure series — are suitable for children, and children are welcome. If you are under 13, please read our Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian, and ask them before submitting a comment or any other information.
2. The Games on This Site
Games on the Site are provided as embedded, browser-playable versions. We do not claim ownership of the games themselves. All game titles, characters, artwork, audio, and code remain the property of their respective developers and rights holders. The Low's Adventure series was originally created by CBC Kids; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CBC Kids or any other developer whose games appear here.

3. Our Own Content
The written guides, how-to-play instructions, tips, FAQs, category descriptions, page layouts, and site design are original works created by us and are protected by copyright. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, scrape, or reproduce our written content in bulk, whether manually or by automated means, without written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or its servers, including through scraping, scripted requests, or denial-of-service activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its administration area, or its databases

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate that content on the Site. We may edit, refuse, or remove any comment at our discretion — in particular, anything breaching Section 4 — and we may do so without notice. Please do not include personal information such as your full name, address, phone number, school, or email address in a comment.
6. Advertising
The Site is free to use and is funded by advertising, including advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are labelled or visually distinguishable from our content. We do not control the specific ads shown, and displaying an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser or its products. The Site contains links to third-party websites and services that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following an external link is at your own risk, and third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We make a reasonable effort to keep the Site online and the games working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Games may become unavailable when a third-party host changes or removes them. We may add, modify, or remove any game, page, or feature at any time without notice.
