At Low's Adventure 2 we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect visitors to do the same. If you believe that material hosted on or linked from lowsadventures2.com infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below. We investigate every valid notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly.
Our Position on the Games Listed Here
We do not claim ownership of the games featured on this Site. Games are embedded from third-party hosts, and all titles, characters, artwork, audio, and code remain the property of their respective developers and rights holders. The Low's Adventure series was originally created by CBC Kids; we are not affiliated with CBC Kids or with any other developer whose games appear here. The written guides, tips, and FAQs around each game are our own original work.
How to Submit a Copyright Claim
All copyright infringement claims must be submitted in writing to our designated Copyright Manager:

Low's Adventure 2
Email: copyright@lowsadventures2.com
Required Information
So that your notice can be processed without delay, it must contain all of the following:
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work. A description of the work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material. A description of the material you claim is infringing, together with the specific URL or URLs on lowsadventures2.com where it can be found.
- Your contact details. Enough information for us to reach you — mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
An incomplete notice may delay our response. If any element above is missing, we will write back and ask for it.
What Happens After You Submit
- Acknowledgement — within 24 hours. We confirm by email that your notice has been received.
- Review — within 2 business days. We review the claim and locate the material identified.
- Action. Where the claim is substantiated, we remove or disable access to the material. Where a game is involved, the game page is unpublished.
- Notification. We inform you of the outcome and notify any other affected parties as required by applicable law.
Counter-Notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@lowsadventures2.com. A counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where a user account or comment history is involved, to block visitors who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
Misrepresentation
Please note that under applicable law, a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that content is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
