Response Time
We aim to reply to every email within 2 business days. Copyright notices are prioritised and are normally acknowledged within 24 hours. If you have not heard back after five business days, please resend — occasionally a message is caught by a spam filter.
Reporting a Broken Game
Broken games are the problem we most want to hear about, and a few details help us fix them much faster. When you write in, please include:

- Your browser and version (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Your device — desktop, phone, or tablet
- What happened: a blank screen, an error message, a game that loads but will not accept controls, and so on

We are an independent site and are not affiliated with CBC Kids or with the studios that developed the third-party games listed here. We cannot provide account support, refunds, or technical help for the original commercial versions of those games — for that, please contact the developer directly.
